London | Hybrid Working Salary: Circa £75,000 + Benefits

A leading independent building services consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Multi-Services Commissioning Manager to join its growing Commissioning & Building Performance team.

This is an opportunity to work with one of the UK's most respected multidisciplinary consultancies, delivering commissioning management and validation services across a portfolio of complex, high-profile developments. The business is renowned for its involvement in landmark commercial, mixed-use and refurbishment schemes, with projects including major London developments such as Tower 42, 123 Victoria Street, 101 Moorgate, The JJ Mack Building and St Pancras Renaissance Hotel.

The Role

As Senior Multi-Services Commissioning Manager, you will take ownership of the commissioning management process from design through to handover and seasonal commissioning. Working closely with clients, contractors, consultants and specialist subcontractors, you will ensure building services systems are delivered, tested and validated to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities will include:

Developing and managing project-specific commissioning strategies.
Undertaking MEP commissioning reviews throughout design and construction phases.
Producing and maintaining commissioning progress monitoring systems.
Reviewing contractor programmes, commissioning plans and RAMS.
Chairing commissioning meetings and coordinating stakeholders.
Managing and witnessing pre-commissioning, commissioning and integrated systems testing activities.
Validating testing and commissioning documentation.
Overseeing client witnessing activities, training programmes and Building User Guides.
Delivering seasonal commissioning and building performance validation surveys.
Producing executive-level commissioning and validation reports.

About You

You'll be a commissioning professional with a strong understanding of building services systems and a proven track record delivering complex projects.

We're interested in candidates with:

Extensive experience in MEP commissioning management.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical and public health building services.
Experience working with consultants, contractors or specialist commissioning providers.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
The ability to lead meetings, manage programmes and drive project delivery.
Experience of testing, validation and integrated systems testing.
A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
