A well-established, design-focused landscape architecture practice based in West London is seeking a Senior CMLI Accredited Landscape Architect to join their talented and supportive team. The firm is known for creating bespoke high-end residential gardens and design-led commercial landscapes, offering an exciting opportunity for a senior professional to take on a client-facing role and manage a range of high-profile projects.


The Senior Landscape Architect will be responsible for the design and detailing of intricate, bespoke gardens and commercial landscapes. This includes preparing construction packages, specifications, schedules, and managing project timelines. In addition, the role will involve overseeing project and team management, sourcing materials, and ensuring quality control and cost monitoring throughout each project. As a senior team member, the successful candidate will be expected to manage their own workload, lead projects, and engage with clients from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and detail high-quality bespoke residential gardens and commercial landscapes

Prepare construction packages, specifications, and schedules

Manage project workflows, timelines, and client communications

Oversee sourcing of materials and monitor quality and costs

Collaborate within a creative, design-driven team and support junior team members

Demonstrate leadership and mentor less experienced colleagues



Required Skills and Experience:

CMLI Accredited Landscape Architect with 5-10 years of professional experience

Strong knowledge of construction detailing and planting design

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite (knowledge of additional 3D rendering software is an advantage, but not essential)

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients and manage internal team dynamics

Proven ability to manage workloads independently and efficiently

A passion for delivering innovative, high-quality landscape designs
