Remote Architect - Multi-Sector Projects
Location: Fully Remote (Essex office visits 1-2 per month with occasional client/site visits)
Team Size: Small, supportive 10-person team
Salary: c£35k

A dynamic, small architecture practice is seeking a highly skilled Architect to join their team and work across a diverse range of sectors, including private residential, commercial, and healthcare projects. This role offers a rare opportunity to work fully remotely while leading individual projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of individual projects from concept through delivery.
Collaborate with a small, supportive team to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.
Communicate with clients and attend occasional site visits as required.
Work across multiple sectors, gaining diverse experience.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is essential (a practical assessment will be requested during the first interview).
  • Experience across multiple sectors: residential, commercial, and healthcare.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Driving license and car is a bonus for client/site visits.
  • Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative, friendly environment.
