Are you an experienced Multi-Trader looking for a secure, permanent position where your skills are genuinely valued?

We are working with an established construction, refurbishment and maintenance contractor looking to add an experienced Multi-Trader to its growing team.

This is not a short-term contract or temporary role. They are looking for someone who wants to become part of the business long term, offering a strong basic salary of £40,000-£50,000 plus expenses and varied projects across the UK.

The Role

You'll work across a broad range of refurbishment, maintenance and small works projects nationwide. No two weeks will necessarily look the same, so this will particularly suit an experienced tradesperson who enjoys variety and is confident turning their hand to different jobs.

Typical works may include:

- Carpentry and joinery
- Basic plumbing
- Decorating and finishing
- Making good and repairs
- Doors, ironmongery and fixtures
- Snagging and remedial works
- General maintenance
- Refurbishment and small works
- Working independently and problem-solving on site

What We're Looking For

You dont need to be a master of every trade, but you should be a genuinely experienced all-rounder with a strong practical background.

You'll ideally be:

Experienced within multi-trade, refurbishment or maintenance
Skilled across several trades
Confident working independently
Presentable and professional when working in occupied/client-facing environments
Reliable and able to take ownership of jobs
Flexible regarding nationwide travel
Looking for a permanent career move, not simply your next contract
Hold a full UK driving licence
