Our pricing model
We operate on a typical cost-plus model.
Example: A Senior/Principal MEP Engineer with 6–10+ years of experience in the UK typically earns between £50k and £65k+. Including employer pension contributions and other on-costs, the total UK cost ranges from £58k to £75k.
In Cape Town, a comparable engineer would cost £30k to £40k total to you.This is based on remote work, with you providing the laptop and software. Eden Brown supplies Wi-Fi and a UPS to the engineer.
