The role

We are looking for a technically capable designer or BIM coordinator to support the delivery of international workplace and commercial interior projects.

You will work closely with interior designers, project leaders, consultants and construction teams, translating design intent into coordinated Revit models, technical drawings and construction information.

This role would suit someone who combines strong Revit capability with a practical understanding of interior construction, furniture, joinery and fit-out delivery.

Key responsibilities
Develop and maintain coordinated Revit models for workplace and commercial interior projects.
Produce technical drawing packages from design development through to construction.
Prepare plans, sections, elevations, schedules and detailed construction information.
Develop furniture, joinery, partition, ceiling and interior detailing packages.
Coordinate architectural, interior, MEP and specialist subcontractor information.
Identify and help resolve clashes, drawing inconsistencies and coordination issues.
Maintain project models in line with agreed BIM standards and protocols.
Support the production and review of tender and construction documentation.
Incorporate consultant, contractor and client comments into project information.
Assist project teams with drawing control, model reviews and document management.
Work effectively across multiple projects, deadlines and international time zones.

Required experience
Professional experience in technical interior design, BIM coordination or architectural technology.
Strong working knowledge of Revit.
Experience producing detailed drawing and construction packages.
Understanding of workplace, commercial interiors or interior fit-out projects.
Knowledge of furniture, bespoke joinery, partitions, finishes and interior construction.
Ability to interpret design concepts and translate them into buildable technical information.
Strong attention to detail and document coordination skills.
Confident written and spoken English.

Non-essential Experience:
Experience working with UK or European clients and design standards.
Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360 or similar common data environments.
Navisworks, AutoCAD or other coordination software.
Knowledge of UK construction terminology and project stages.
Experience supporting design-and-build projects.
French or Dutch language capability.
