Our pricing model
We operate on a typical cost-plus model.
Example: A Principal Sustainability Building Physics Engineer with 6–10+ years of experience in the UK typically earns between £55k and £65k+. Including employer pension contributions and other on-costs, the total UK cost ranges from £66k to £79k.
In Cape Town, a comparable engineer would cost c£40k total to you.
This is based on remote work, with you providing the laptop and software. Eden Brown supplies Wi-Fi and a UPS to the engineer.
